At a time where impact investments are becoming more prominent, funds committed to inclusion and equality remain insufficient. Shaping Impact Group aims to fill this void by raising €18 million from high net worth families, funds and foundations with the SI3 Fund. The goal? To promote equity and inclusion by investing in companies that directly contribute to reducing social inequality.
Impact investors who participate, including well-known figures like Kalo Bagijn, Astrid Leyssens, and the De Rijcke family, aim for more than just financial returns. With a return promise between 3% and 5%, they are willing to give up part of their profits for maximum social impact.
The SI3 Fund has already invested in companies such as Plinkr, Deeploy, Efiko Academy and &Wider. These companies all contribute in their own way to a more inclusive society, where equal opportunities for all are central.
Shaping Impact Group and its investors see a tough society as a counterweight to the growing divide and are committed to supporting innovative solutions that address social challenges. For them, it is not just a matter of return, but above all social impact.
